We are building a small-scale regenerative farm and food scrap collection service in Clermont, Florida. Our mission is to create a closed loop food system in our community using a farm-to-table, table-to-farm approach. 

Our intensive production model will allow us to grow a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit using sustainable farming practices which enrich the soil, create wildlife habitat, and protect the environment. Our composting program will also provide a convenient way for the local community to divert their food waste from landfills and contribute to a system that recycles the nutrients back into organic fertilizer for growing more food.

We are not yet a certified organic farm but are committed to meeting or exceeding USDA organic regulations. All of our food is grown and processed without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides and our compost is managed in a way that avoids contamination of crops, soil, or water.

We plan to launch at the Downtown Clermont Farmers Market in October 2025. We will also be attending the Groveland Community Market and the monthly Minneola Farmers Market.
